Singer-songwriter and recording artist Shane Rennison hails from the Catskills of Upstate New York, bringing genuine, soulful energy to everything he does, from his diverse array of covers to his authentic and emotive original songs. 

Shane performs live regularly at local venues throughout the Catskills, covering over 150 different bands across multiple genres, including Johnny Cash, Green Day, Ed Sheeran, and more. Erin Kelly of Endless Goodies is a lover of labradors, children, making things from scratch and vintage textiles, Erin comes from the fashion world and is now a full time maker and dream weaver. All of Endless Goodies products are made with organic ingredients, recycled or repurposed goods, made locally right here in her studio at the edge of the Delaware River.

$45 includes a gingerbread house and all decorations, pumpkin muffins, coffee, tea, or hot cider, and one Seminary Hill Cider of your choice.

Colin McGrath

Colin’s music welcomes the mystical in the the everyday. His songs function like pictures in a sketchbook: they note observations and lessons learned, recount stories, play characters, all while gently reminding his listener to stay alert and open.

McGrath has won numerous awards, including first place in The Belfast Nashville Songwriters Festival Competition, and The Wildflower Songwriting Competition in Richardson Texas (the prize for which was the Gallagher guitar that he now plays) and the Listening Room Retreats Songwriting Competition.

Colin has been a finalist in many similarly prestigious events, such as The Kerrville and Telluride Folk Festivals. He has performed at Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center, opened up for artists like Martin Sexton, and Jill Sobule, and had music licensed by Converse and Bill Moyers.

Yarnslingers

Dedicated to the art and craft of story, Yarnslingers was founded by writer/musician Ramona Jan. She believes that, “Everyone has a story…or two,” and encourages people from all walks of life to spin their spellbinding tales. 

 The writers of Yarnslingers have presented their stories in the villages of Upstate New York extending from Narrowsburg to Long Eddy. Venues which have hosted Yarnslingers include Seminary Hill, the Catskill Art Society, Wayne County Arts Alliance, Delaware Valley Arts Alliance, NaCl Theater, Rock Valley Schoolhouse, and the Tusten Theater.


Although participants in Yarnslingers change periodically, the focus remains consistent and steadfast—to create opportunities for experienced and novice memoirists to write and present true, first-person stories which engage, inspire and foster self-expression while strengthening community empathy.
